Fire Suppression Systems

FM-200

FM-200™ (HFC-227ea) is formed from the elements carbon, fluorine and hydrogen (CF3CHFCF3-heptafluoropropane). The primary extinguishing mechanism of FM-200™ is heat absorption, with a secondary chemical contribution from the thermal decomposition of FM-200™ in the flame.

NOVIC 1230

Novec 1230 fluid is formed from the elements carbon, fluorine and oxygen [CF3CF2C(O)CF(CF3)2 – dodecafluoro-2-methylpentan-3-one]. The primary extinguishing mechanism of Novec 1230 fluid is heat absorption, with a secondary chemical contribution from the thermal decomposition of Novec 1230 fluid in the flame.

CO2

Carbon dioxide suppression systems

Carbon dioxide may be stored in either high pressure spun steel cylinders (HPCO2 suppression systems) or low pressure light wall refrigerated tanks (LPCO2 suppression systems)

Fire Alarm Systems

For your safety Fire Protection

The tasks of monitoring a facility or application for potential fire threats or operating a releasing system are facilitated by a fire detection and alarm system.

3M™ Fire Barrier

Mortar

3M™ Fire Barrier Mortar is a lightweight, gypsum-based powder that mixes with water to form a heat-absorbing firestop for through penetrations in fire-rated floor or wall assemblies. Versatile mortar can be mixed self-leveling or non-sag, and adheres to a range of construction substrates and penetrants. It also acts as a heat sink, reducing the chance of fire on unexposed sides of the assembly.

Spray 200

3M™ FireDam™ Spray 200 is a sprayable material that dries to form a tough, elastomeric coating. This material is used to firestop perimeter joints (curtain wall), construction joints and through penetration openings. 3M™ FireDam™ Spray 200, when installed prop-erly, will help control the transmission of fire, heat, and smoke before, during, and after exposure to fire.

Firedam Coating 2000

3M™ FireDam™ Coating 2000 is a white, ready mixed, water based thixotropic coating. It is designed to provide protection to a variety of substrates. Large electrical and mechanical through penetrations can be sealed to provide up to 4 hours fire rating when applied to mineral fiber boards.

Composite sheet

3M™ Fire Barrier Composite Sheet CS-195+ is a lightweight intumescent firestop that combines four components into a single system to help slow the spread of fire, smoke and noxious gases. Sheets combine 28-gauge steel, intumescent material, wire mesh and aluminum foil and are easy to handle and install with common trade tools. They are firestop tested for up to 4 hours of fire protection.
